Adorsi was the first washing station Testi Specialty Coffee bought in Yirgacheffe, eight years ago, sitting near the village of Aricha and taking cherry from some of the best-positioned farmers in the region. Aricha's cool climate lets the coffee dry slowly, which is where the depth and sweetness come from. Market Lane visited and were welcomed with singing.
