We tasted this one before it shipped and were very happy with it: clean and bright, champagne florals over bergamot and sparkling lemon. Washed at Safo, once Alo's main station, with no fermentation step at all. Tamiru Tadesse's Alo won Ethiopia's Cup of Excellence on its first go in 2021.
