Roasted in Ho Chi Minh City by XLIII, and roasted extremely light — every lot on a Giesen W6A, taken barely past first crack.

Coffee roasted this light needs time. We're leaving this whole drop boxed for around three months before we open anything, so the shelf dates are deliberate rather than accidental. Worth the wait, on the evidence so far.
