Typica and Caturra off Mark Bolliger Neumann's place in Villa Rica, washed and unfussy. Milk chocolate and nougat with a floral lift over the top — the most classically Peruvian thing in the drop. Sitting in the box a while yet, but this one's never been hard to like.
