Title

Tahitian lime, rose geranium, canela. Bittersweet tonic syrup. Non-alcoholic.

A concentrated tonic made from a cinchona bark decoction, so it carries real quinine bitterness. You dilute it rather than pour it, so it doesn't go flat in the cupboard the way a bottle of tonic does.

To make a tonic

  • 30ml of concentrate over ice
  • Top with 150ml soda water
  • Add 30ml gin if you like

Ingredients

Cane sugar, sea salt (AUS), acids (citric, malic, tartaric, lactic, ascorbic, phosphoric), cinchona decoction, Tahitian lime, rose geranium, canela.
