This is the year of Habtamu, and Danche is the classic of the bunch. Traditional washed Ethiopian from Habtamu Fikadu Aga's Kuri Mountain mill — sorted, pulped, fermented, washed, dried on raised beds. Big ripe apricot, a little pineapple, jasmine on top. Nothing clever, just very good.
